The flat is the perfect layout for children to run around in without any dangers. This beautiful triplex (secured entrance), is located on Normandie Ave, north of Franklin Ave, in gorgeous Los Feliz.The unit is 1900 square feet with a spacious living room, fireplace, large windows, and crown molding. There is also a large formal dining room. There are three large bedrooms (with king beds) and one smaller bdrm (twin bunk beds). Crib, stroller are available for free. Entertain in the huge patio w/ jacuzzi, fire pit, and BBQ. Famous Vermont and Hillhurst Avenues are 10 minute walk. Griffith Park (zoo, hiking, pony and train rides, museum, picnic area) is 2 miles away. Studio City is a ten minute car ride. The heart of LA famous 'Sunset and Vine Street' (Walk of Fame) is less than 4 miles away. You are centered in a green, safe neighborhood, yet you are in the heart of everything LA has to offer. There is one secured parking spot. Triplex can house 21 guests (perfect for wedding parties).

My wife and I brought our three children and my elderly mother to Deanna's flat. We could not believe for the price we paid that we would be staying at such a clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated flat. The owner offered us board games and access to her child's play room which is separate from the flat. It seems strange to say but as luck would have it, the lights went out in our part of town. The owner was there with candles, flashlights and a bottle of wine within 20 minutes. Better than any five star hotel I have every stayed at. Deanna's kindness beats any concierge I have ever met. Loved it ... loved it.
