This is the Villa layout: 1st FLOOR: Kitchen, Dining and living Room (great room), Front Terrace , Full Bathroom, 1 outside tables with palapa next to the pool, 1 car garage. (everything with ocean vew) Bedroom 1st floor W/2 Twin size bed, *A/C (optinal with surcharge), ?Ceiling fan, Hammock and ocean vew, a full Bathroom, this beautiful room is in a bungalow just outside the main villas great room making it very privet (the rooms are well ventilated and also have ocean vew.) 2nd Floor: Master Suite W/King size bed, *A/C (optional surcharge), Ceiling Fan, Hammock, TV, DVD, Full Bathroom, Balcony Palapa with Hammock overlooking the ocean. ?A/C is not always needed as all the rooms have ceiling fans, are ?

Activites and attractions -Go fishing, scuba and every thing the sea has to offer. -A few miles away is a pink Flamingo Sanctuary and Observatory. -Progreso, (pop. 45,000) is 10 miles from the Villa, a small place with a lot of flavor and friendly people. -Drive 30 min. to Merida (pop. 750,000) and discover a city founded in 1542, with a Rich History, Colonial Buildings, Beautiful Streets, Great Dinning, Night Clubs, Shopping etc. -Expirience Mayan culture climbing ancient Pyramids, Exploring a cave, dive in Cenote (under ground river) etc. -Or just stay at home and enjoy. -You will find many tours available.

We just returned from our relaxing, wonderful getaway from it all. This place is absolutely terrific, quiet and peaceful. The casa was very clean and beautifully appointed with the owners artistic splashes everywhere. We felt completely safe and there are wonderful caretakers that live on the property as well. You may have a critter or 2 visit in the house but remember you are in their domain and if you don't bother them they will not bother you. A car is a must, there is a Walmart 15 minutes away in Progresso that you can shop to stock the pantries. Most restaurants/activities are not close but there is a little beach bistro called San Bruno grill but 5 minutes away (5 KMS) with very good food. Several lesser Mayan ruins are less than a hour away. Make sure to visit the Malecon (boardwalk) in Progresso it is a vital and happening spot lined with shops and restaurants and a port of call. The beach in front of the property is totally pristine and quiet, we did not see a soul on it sometimes for days. The water is clear and quiet and perfect for 'light snorkeling' (read no reef) . If you are looking to veg out and relax this is the place for you and I can't wait to return.
I am little inclined to keep this 'little secret' to myself but I couldn't do that to Tania.
