CASA POR FIN Dogmans Beach makes it easy to please your large group. With a private pool, jacuzzi, and one of the best surf breaks right in your own backyard, you may never want to leave! Especially at sunset!! Our villa is surrounded by almost an acre of tropically landscaped gardens which makes a natural setting for your DESTINATION WEDDING. The french doors of the living room, kitchen and dining area open up to a beautiful tree covered patio with a view of the pool and ocean. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, and each room has a vanity sink and mirror. These accommodations are all on the 1st level of the villa. The house can accommodate 12 -14 comfortably. In the summer months, there is also a 6th bedroom [studio] available on the 2nd floor. Email for details on 6th bedroom. We are located on the western most tip of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, in the surfing town of Rincon. It is a unique location since we have waves from the Atlantic which are great for surf, while just a mile or so to the south is the start of the pristine waters of the Caribbean Sea. The Marine reserve is within walking distance to Casa Por fin Dogmans. Here you can snorkeling with sea turtles and other marine life right off shore. Taking a boat trip to Desecheo Island with Taino Divers, {the island visible from the house} is always an exciting experience for divers and snorkelers alike. The location is mapped out on google earth under 'Casa por fin dogmans beach'. Some interesting day trips include the phosphorescent bay at La Parguera, Cabo Rojo light house beach and salt flats, the telescope in Aricibo, and of course the panoramic views from the winding mountain roads. Best of all, the friendly people of Rincon Puerto Rico are helpful and welcoming.

  • Owner Chooses Not To Use On Line Availability Calendar
  • Rate is for 12 guests. The 5 bedrooms will accommodate up to 16 using the futon in the living room.
    There will be an additional charge of $100 per person [more than 12], per week, for each additional guest.
    6th bedroom will be available after March 1. Mostly available in summer months. Rate and pictures will be posted soon.

    RENOVATIONS are being made TO HOUSE in Sept.and will be completed by Thanksgiving After that, the entire 1st level of the villa will be available. It will consist of 5 bedrooms, There will be a full living with a futon, new kitchen, dining room, and 3 bath rooms, and of course the beautiful patios that flow out to the landscaped pool area and beach. Will sleep at least 12
    2nd level of villa will not be available after Nov. 1.

    Owner Chooses Not To Use On Line Calendar. Call Or Write For Available Dates.
  • Mi Mom's Suite AVAILABLE MOSTLY IN SPRING AND SUMMER MONTHS. This is a studio apt. on the 2nd level of the villa with a private entrance. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, queen size bed, futon, private bathroom, TV, private porch. Email for rates and availability.
    We also have a futon in the living room.

    Functions such as weddings etc. on premises require a 7 night minimum stay during high season. 4 night stay low season. Functions including guests other than those staying at the house will require an extra fee from $500- $1000 depending on the number or people attending the function.
    Holiday rates may be slightly higher.
    50% dep. required to hold dates. Cancellation policy: full refund with 90 days. Within 30 days, full refund if villa is rented to another group. Refundable security deposit required. Rate listed is for 12. There is a charge of $100 per week for each additional guests after 12.

Great surf break!!: Dogmans beach is a surf break between Maria's beach and Tres Palmas. All three beaches are within walking distance from each other. Even if you don't participate, just sitting on the beach and watching them ride the waves is exciting. When there are no waves, there is good snorkeling on the reef. All beaches are open to the public in Puerto Rico, but, this stretch of beach is as close to 'Private' beach as you can get. Especailly when the water is calm. Walk to Calypso Bar and Grill from the house for sunset happy hour coctails. Walk to the Lighthouse to watch the whales [seasonal] or just take in the breathtaking views. Heated jacuzzi [not heated in summer months] Private pool, BBQ grill, and yard. The villa is in a quiet location. The only noise you hear here is the sound of the waves and the Coqui.

Destination Wedding at Casa Por fin dogmans: Casa Por fin dogmans beach welcomes you and your guests for weddings, family re-unions, and other get togethers. Up to 100 guests.. Additional charges apply for functions. We are located within walking distance to some of the most popular wedding villas in Rincon making it a great place for your extended family and friends to stay. A short walk to Maria's beach and Tres Palmas beach. We can help put you in touch with a wedding planner. On site manager either at the house or just a phone call away. Our Dream Wedding Came True!

Our wedding turned out even better than we could have hoped for! Everything went smoothly and the property was perfect and beyond beautiful! EVERYONE (and we had people there from as close as San Juan to as far away as Hawaii) was completely astounded by how beautiful the property, ceremony, and the reception was. Ryan and his fiance were there the whole time making sure that everything ran smoothly. He was so helpful and amazing- we all really appreciated everything that he did for us! The 5 days that we spent there were the most incredible days that we've ever had. All of our friends want to return to beautiful Rincon and we're already talking about coming back to Por Fin in the near future. It was too special for words! THANK YOU SO MUCH, ANNA! Please let Ryan and his fiance know how much we really enjoyed getting to know them and thank them for all of their hard work. My dream wedding came true and we have memories to last us a lifetime! We will be returning to Casa Por Fin- and we can't wait!

I've been renting from Anna and Steve for 5 years now and all I can say is there are many many more years to come. The house is perfect, the location the best and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The hosts, what can I say, make you feel like you're family! Truly Paradise!

I joined my parents, brother, sister-in-law, nephews & niece for a wonderful Easter week holiday. We rented the entire house which was roomy and easily accommodated the eight of us with room to spare. The amazing & well maintained garden was truly the highlight of this house and looked even better than the pictures. There was plenty of space on the property...either for time alone reading in one the hammocks or for group meals around the pool and on the veranda upstairs. In fact, we loved the property so much we did not explore the area as much as we had planned. We did enjoy a great lunch at Tamboo bar and drinks at Calypso and explored the local beaches which were surprisingly varied.
Anna & Steve live on the property but were extremely low key. They kept out of sight but somehow were always there when we needed them. My only suggestion is to update the kitchen equipment...we love to cook and the pots, pans & knives were old & worn.
I highly recommend this rental and hope we come back next year!

We spent Easter break with our family of five (three teenagers) and my sister-in-law, mother-in-law and father-in-law. The house fit us all very comfortably and we even had an extra bedroom for a guest that visited us for a couple of days. We had breakfast and lunch downstairs and dinners upstairs. The views and breeze upstairs were perfect... that will definitely be missed when Steve and Anna remodel the unit and only rent the lower level. LOVED Rincon, and LOVED Casa Por Fin. The property is amazing— we used it all, the pool, the hot tub, the hammocks, the horseshoes, the open space for throwing a baseball around. My husband and kids enjoyed the great surf right in front of the property and the rest of us enjoyed the swimming area only a very short walk on the beautiful beach. Steve and Anna were very gracious and accommodating. We would all love to go back!
