Having so much at hand means renting a car is optional. (Although exploring the island by car is loads of fun: see the Harrison Caves, the dramatic Atlantic Ocean along the east coast of the island, fun shops like Earthworks, the rum factories, and much more.)

We just came back from this beautiful island; people friendly and food was excellent. The condo was immaculate and well-kept, service great, and our hostess, Jane, wonderful. She gave us great info as to what to do/where to go. Condo is situated right in the Gap with lots of restaurants and nightlife. Cropover carnival events were great if you want action. But be careful with the rum punch! We will going back in the future and bringing more friends. Plantation Restaurant is a must do.
