Our luxurious Clearwater Beach waterfront condo is 1,890 square feet, on the top floor with expansive 10 ft ceilings, and is Brand New! It offers breathtaking views of Clearwater Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico and is beautifully decorated throughout. It features a 200 sq. ft balcony for dolphin watching, a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and full size washer/dryer. The spacious master suite includes a King bed, pillow top mattress, flat screen television, whirlpool tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. Each additional bedroom has a Queen bed, pillow top mattress, private bathroom, and flat screen television. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a 42” HDTV with DVD. We offer free high speed Internet, free domestic telephone calls, a fitness center, and covered parking. Bike storage is available upon request. Restaurants, shopping, and activities are all within EASY walking distance. Relax, you are on vacation.

  • 25% of total stay due at time of booking with balance due 45 days prior to arrival plus refundable $300 security deposit and $125 cleaning fee. Refunds available if notification is received in writing 30 days prior to scheduled arrival less 5% or $100 cancellation fee, whichever is greater. Within 30 days of arrival refund will only be provided if property can be re-booked. Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of departure.

Wow what a wonderful vacation

When booking on line, you are never sure what you will find, on arrival. Well worry no more when booking this condo. It was fantastic, clean, bright, everything you could possibly need. Put that with a three minute walk to the fantastic white sandy beach and you are in paradise.
The owners did not hold back on the luxuries to be found there, and it was like home from home. If you are a fitness fanatic and need your gym boost, there is a small gym available, with the equipment needed to keep you in trim.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property and if we needed to return I would be on the phone or internet immediately. Thankyou to the owners for helping to make a great vacation.

Best vacation ever!

My entire family enjoyed our stay in your spacious and comfortable home away from home. The condominium was perfect! The view of the harbor from the balcony was incredible and the boat slip came in handy for our boat rental. We couldn't ask for a better location, as it was a short walk from south Clearwater beach, excellent restaurants and entertainment. My 4 and 5 year old granddaughters loved the pool on the property just about, as much as they did the beach. I would definately recommend this property to any family looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. The visitor information binder was a great way to communicate details regarding condominium care, timelines for local activities and attractions, choice restaurants and shopping locations. I would definitely recommend this rental as the "best way to go" for any vacationing family.

Clean, Spacious, Safe and Convenient!

Clean, spacious, safe, and convenient to everything! We were very pleased with the condo in every way. This condo is so spacious and the floorplan is great for privacy. The owners were professional and easy to communicate with. The location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The convenient store across the street had everything we needed for breakfast and snacks. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. The chairs and cabanas for rent on the beach made the day in the sun very comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone willing to take care of it so it will be in the same excellent condition the next time we want to visit Clearwater Beach!
