The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 3 minute walk from the center of town (Calle San Miguel). All businesses such as car rentals, currency exchange, cafes and groceries can be reached by foot. A car is not necessary. The house has its own parking, pool and is guarded at night. The apartment is completely renovated and fully furnished, even by a northern European standard.
