95 m2 holiday home: 3 bedrooms with variable double/single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, one en suite, living room with connected kitchen. There is access to the large covered terrace from the living room and the master bedroom. Approximately 20 m to the nearby communal pool, shared with only 8 other parties. Home has fenced in 650 m2 private garden with palms. Just 300 m to an endless sandy beach. Neighbourhood consists of mostly single homes and row houses. Some cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Quiet despite close proximity to the beach.

Denia has kept its Spanish character and Mediterranean style. From the cafes on Esplanada Cervantes, located near the harbour, you can see the ferries arriving from Mallorca. Fiestas take place throughout the year on the main boulevard Marques de Campo. On a clear day, you can see Ibiza from Mount Montgo. The climate is mild throughout the year, even in January the temperatures are pleasant. Denia has 20 km of sandy beaches. Towards the south, dramatic rocky coast and secluded bays. The lonely nearby mountains are ideal for hiking.

Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und nett eingerichtetes und komplett ausgestattetes Haus. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) waren bisher 4 x im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden um entspannte Tage im Haus zu verbringen: Schöner, großer Garten, Grillplatz, Liegestühle, komplette Küche in der nichts, wirklich nichts, fehlt. Terrasse / Garten....... Ideal um zu entspannen!

Super grosser und gepflegter Pooll! Freundliches Feriendomizil.

Schönster Sandstrand (super feiner Sand) von Denia in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar (man hört sogar den Wellengang)!!!

Auch Denia und Umgebung bietet einiges an Abwechslung.

Super Vermieter und professionelle Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort.
