The villa is located approximately 500 m from the beach and is perfect for two families. Each floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A large pool area with shower, a large sundeck on the upper floor with a lovely view, a covered terrace with an outdoor grill - these are just some of the advantages of this lovely holiday residence. The two cats - living only in the garden - give you the feeling to be at home.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa. The description given on the website was very accurate. The pool area was lovely and the gardeners and pool man came regularly to keep things tidy. The interior of the villa was very spacious, there was air conditioning in all the bedrooms and it worked very well. The maid came every day Monday - Friday, was very friendly and thorough. Children and adults alike loved the nearby waterpark "Slide & Splash"! You really do need a car although you can walk to a few beaches, a small supermarket and a handful of restaurants easily and local taxis were very reasonably priced. The villa accommodated 8 comfortably, although there was only seating for 6 in the living room; chairs can easily be brought in from other areas. The kitchen was very well equipped but did not have a microwave oven. The villa is ideal for large families, two families to share or even four couples as each bedroom had its own bathroom. You need to be able to handle lots of steps as the villa is set on three levels, including steps down to the pool. All in all we had a great holiday and are more than happy to recommend this villa to others.

Wir sind 2 Familien und waren begeistert von der Lage und der Ausstattung. Das Haus ist in der Aufteilung sehr durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts.Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten benötigt man ein Auto. Die Hausbewirtschaftung ist optimal. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten, Essen zu gehen und Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen. Wir waren rundherum zufreden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind 2 Familien und waren bereits das 4. Mal in dieser Villa. Es hat uns wie die ersten 3x sehr gut gefallen.
Das Haus mit Pool, der Strand, die Wellen, die Klippen und die kulinarischen Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe überzeugen uns und unsere Kinder!

Das Haus ist an perfekter Lage, nicht weit zum Strand, und die dort als prominent zu qualifiezierende Umgebung ist auf hoher Stufe in der Algarve. Die Besorgung des Hauses (House Keeping) ist perfekt. Style des Hauses ist ebenso perfekt (die Eigner geben Acht auf Details). Das Haus ist in allen Belangen empfehlenswert. Die Umgebung ebenso.

Immer wieder....

Nachdem wir in 2007 in der Nachbarschaft gewohnt hatten (25 mtr. Entfernung :-) ) brauchten wir in diesem Jahr etwas "Größeres".
Die Aufteilung des Hauses erwies sich für 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern als optimal. Es gibt vier vollwertige Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Die Katzen sind sehr anhänglich - schleppen aber leider reichlich tote Geckos an.
Die Verständigung mit der Haushilfe, die täglich für ein paar Stunden kommt ist schwierig.
Der Pool ist ausreichend groß - und es gab reichlich Handtücher.
Zu Fuß zum Strand kommt man in etwa 10 Minuten. Da lohnt es sich auch schonmal am Nachmittag erst loszugehen, wenn man tagsüber am Haus-Pool rumgegammelt hat.
Ansonsten erkundet man die näheren Strände mit dem Auto (unbedingt erforderlich).
Zum Essen kann man ins "Paradies" gehen oder schnell mit dem Auto nach Ferragudo (unten in der Kurve bei Balabu gibts täglich anderes Fleisch im Kühlschrank). Dort ist man sehr lecker und genauso preiswert!
Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und werden auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen!
