Perfect vacation thanks to this house

Looking to see as many shows as possible in two weeks and see what else the Las Vegas area offers we decided a rental, near the strip, might work. Thanks to this house, it did. The location was a short, easy drive to the strip and on a bus line, near choice local restaurants, a spectacular health club, and Trader Joe's for shopping for in house meals (great kitchen too). The beautifully landscaped backyard, and jaccuzzi, was one of several places to relax with other choices inside, and in a lovely neighborhood. Also easy to get to Red Rock Canyon and other 'locals' (and tourist) spots. The owner had excellent suggestions to make our stay better. The computer helped us plan our day trips and shows. The house is carefree for renters but it's obvious the owner has put a lot of thought and work into making it this way. This property has all of the amenities of a 5 star hotel and more - privacy and lots of space for a very reasonable cost. We'll stay here again.

Quiet Retreat in Vegas

Having been to Vegas many times before, 3 friends and I , celebrating a week-long 50th birthday party, decided to stay in a rental home instead of a hotel this time. This property is absolutely beautiful and in a safe and quiet neighborhood, perfect for the downtime we were looking for. The home is bright and spacious, yet comfortable and cozy, and the outdoor gathering spaces (where we spent most of our time) are creative and well designed. The Strip is an easy 10 minutes down Sunset Rd, and there are plenty of major nationally known restaurants and stores within minutes of the house. The house is immaculately clean and well appointed to the smallest detail. While indoors preparing meals, the bar was the focal gathering place. It was February, so nights were still a bit chilly, and the gas fireplace in the den added just the right ambience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and "home away from home" alternative to the noise and impersonal attitudes of hotels. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay!

We had a great time. We actually had more fun off of the strip. The hot tub was wonderful. The house is warm and comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone. Ron was great to work with as well. Very nice and very accommodating.

Absolutely Beautiful Rental Home

This home is absolutely beautiful and the accomodations are first rate. Very comfortable home with lots of room to roam around. My dogs absolutely loved it as well. It has a nice back yard with grill area and jacuzzi. Which we really enjoyed. Very clean, well maintained and stocked home.
Evan though we brought our own. There was tea, coffee,sugar, shampoo, lotion and more. Also has hair dryer, iron and ironing board and laundry facility. I would highly reccomend this home for a vacation stay. It is a short drive to the strip but the home makes it well worth it.

Great Experience!

This was our first time renting a house in Las Vegas, and I have to say it was fabulous! The house was super clean and well maintained and the outdoor bar was an added treat. My husband loved watching the games out there on the TV. We are originally from the East coast so we appreciated having a nice yard too. The kitchen was a dream and well equipped, but my favorite part was the master bedroom. Ron the owner was a doll and was always accessible throughout our stay. My only issue was that the phone only worked for local calls, but we had our cell anyway. The computer was also a little slow. Transaction went smooth and our deposit was credited to our card 12 days after we checked out…all in all a great experience since we will be back in February.
