Very comfortable 3 room apartment on the 4th floor of the 'Dents Rousses' apartment building. The apartment is 90 m2, generously laid out, and has a large balcony on the southern side, one balcony to the northern side and a open loggia. Beautiful view of the mountains in the south and the Rhone valley in the north. The living / dining room offers access to internet via LAN, TV, DVD, hi-fi, bar and an open fireplace. Free underground parking.

The paths that run alongside the Bisses (ancient open water pipes) have the advantage of being relatively flat, passing through very varied locations and always providing surprising detours through the valleys, villages and mountains.

Wir kommen seit 10 Jahren nach Siviez und haben schon einige Wohnungen gesehen.
Hier finden Sie bestimmt eine der Komfortabelsten im ganzen Dorf!
Die Bilder im Angebot versprechen nicht zu viel! Die geräumige Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist immer sehr gepflegt. Angemessen gutes Geschirr in grossen Mengen, gute Kochtöpfe und sogar Fonduegeschirr sind vorhanden. Wer nicht so gerne selber kocht, kann sich im Haus, in einem der beiden Restaurants verpflegen. Ausserdem kann man sich dort jeden Morgen frisches Brot fürs Frühstück bestellen. Wer keinen Wert auf Rummel, Shopping und Discos legt, sondern skifahren, bzw. wandern und relaxen will, ist hier genau richtig. Die behagliche Wohnung mit Stereoanlage, DVD inkl. einer kleinen aber ausgesuchten Filmauswahl, TV mit mehreren deutschsprachigen Sendern und Literatur über die Bergwelt in der Umgebung, lädt zu gemütlich entspannten Stunden ein. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und hoffen, dass es uns noch Jahre möglich sein wird, in unseren Ferien hierher zu kommen.

Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestatte und sehr geraumige Wohnung.
Die Lage ist ideal für Wintersport und wanderen sowohl im Sommer als im Winter. Ideal für die aktive Ferien und Menschen die Ruhe anerkennen, so keine Disco etc.
Wir sehen jetzt schon aus nach der nächste Ferien.
