Why settle for less when you can have a larger top floor pool and gulf view room for the same price as a smaller interior room. Our unit has gotten even better now that it has been completely remodeled with a 'South Beach' insipired theme. New paint, furniture, accents, lighting, carpet, bedding and a 40' flat panel TV. Our 385 foot unit (416) is on the top floor. You can see the Gulf of Mexico and Sand Key from the front window and outdoor seating area. Our one (1) bedroom one (1) bath unit comfortably sleeps. We have a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. Our kitchenette has a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. A bistro table and chairs are also in the living area. A hair dryer, iron, ironing board,and luggage racks are also provided.
