This house is located between Jacó and Manuel Antonio, direction to Bandera beach. Comfortable house in a quiet area where you can enjoy your time to relax, and far away from the noise. You will love this brand new house. It is at 5 min.by car from the beach where you can walk for miles at low tide, great to sunbathing and swimming at an estuary to Bandera beach. The beach is private most of the time, good waves for the surfers. Tthe house is at 5 min .by car from Parrita where you can find goods restaurants and groceries. We fortuitously recommand rent a car.
