This area of Dana Point California, with its prominent coastal bluffs is home to the luxurious Ritz Carlton, The St. Regis Resort & The Monarch Beach Golf Club. You will have close access to these lovely hotels in addition to the Dana Point Harbor for fishing, sailing, surfing, Catalina Excursions, restaurants, & shops. This newly remodeled home is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room (52 inch TV), dining room, kitchen, and 2 enclosed patios. Living space, kitchen and baths feature porcelain tile flooring, and the bedrooms are carpeted in a complimentary color with all new linens and bedding. Additionally, you will have access to the pools and hot tubs. Steps To Beach Access to Strand Beach as well as Salt Creek Beach and Park. Home sits on beach side of PCH (Pacific Coast Hwy) and has a Starbucks within walking distance.
