This beautiful home offers a modern kitchen, TV/DVD player with library, internet, stereo/cd player, 3 queen size beds and 1 full size futon. Enjoy a private outdoor seating area with a hot tub, wood burning stove, gas grill and a hammock to lie in under the star filled nights. Home is filled with local art. Sleeps 2-8 people.

Christa was extremely polite & professional. My family loved our weekend retreat. Every detail is extremely well thought out. We only needed to bring food. The fridge even had condiments. The hot tub under the moonlight was dreamy. The location is excellent, on the edge of town. Private, but you can walk to shops, bars, & restaurants. We loved the place so much we'd buy it and move in if we could. My son loved playing on the living room carpet and we all enjoyed watching the doves, desert quail, rabbits, and coyotes. We're hoping to do it again soon and share the space with another couple.

Beautiful Joshua Tree

We just got home from a 3 day stay in Joshua Tree at Moonlight Mesa Retreats. We stayed at the Sunset Terrace House. We had a beautiful stay! The home had a huge kitchen where we prepared all of our meals (Joshua Tree doesn't have many restaurants- the few that are there were packed!) The owners of the home (Christa and her husband- sorry I can't remember his name) said they built the home themselves and you can feel the love that they put into it. The overall feel of the house was wonderful- very warm and super clean. The yard where the hot tub was also had a hammock and the fence was so creative made out of recycled wood- we sat outside most of the time and really enjoyed this area. Complimentary coffee and chocolate was a nice surprise. Thank you Christa for a wonderful stay!
