2-bed/2-bath cute lower unit with a large patio and a BBQ. Recently remodeled full kitchen including a dishwasher, Washer and Dryer located in the garage which can be accessed easily off the side of the house and through the master bedroom. Located just steps from the sand at 54th street - Newport Beach's premier surf spot and host of the 2008 Arnette ASP Pro Junior Surf Tour, Volcom’s VQS World Championships, NSSA Open Season Events, the Quiksilver Surf Shop Challenge and many other great surfing events each year. Whether you surf or would like to catch some of the best surfing talent in action, this property is just for you. 1 car garage is private (not shared) with plenty of street parking as well. The living room has a fireplace, as well as a big screen television w/ DVD player. TV also in the master bedroom. Wi-fi Internet provided free of charge. However, housekeeping charges are not included in the rental rates.

The service was great. We were happy with the house, it was clean and comfortable....parking was hard. If it wasn't for the garage it would have been a real problem. We actually played musical cars and would take the car out of the garage to save street parking for us. We had three cars. The people at Burr White Realty, which is the company we made all the arrangements with were excellent. They were friendly and there were no problems or disappointments for our vacation.
