This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath two-story duplex house sits in the posh Beverly Grove neighborhood. The house has recently been fully renovated, and features a new gourmet kitchen with new cabinets, counters, flooring, walls, recessed lighting, and stainless steel appliances (including a Sub-Zero fridge and Thermador oven/range). The bedrooms are all very large and bright, with new queen beds and mattresses and new 650-thread count linens in all of the bedrooms (as well as large fluffy bathrobes!). Additionally, there's an AeroBed for to sleep an additional 2. The house has been designed by an up-and-coming L.A. interior design firm, and all rooms have new paint. The house also features original 1936 crown molding, a handsome fireplace and newly-refinished hardwood floors. The living room and master bedroom include televisions with over 500 satellite TV channels as well as DVD players. There's also a a shared backyard charcoal BBQ and a washer and dryer (soap included).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the house! What a beautiful place and an ideal location! Huge rooms. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Clean and nicely decorated. Great hospitality from the owner and property manager. I can't say enough great things about it - we would definitely book again.

fantastic stay in LA

We had the pleasure of staying at this home for several days in early December. We wanted something very close to the action...shopping, eating, etc...and we found it in this lovely home. Cleanliness was an important factor for us, so we were very pleased upon arrival that it was spotless. With the 3 bedrooms upstairs it slept 6 adults and then 2 teens on an air matress on the first floor. All was very comfortable. There are two baths, one full, one half, which came in handy b/c everyone could use a bathroom in the morning without putting out the rest of the family. The house was spacious enough for all 8 of us, and we left with no complaints whatsoever. There's even a full washer/dryer to do your own laundry, which helped us pack a little lighter for our trip. We definitely saved money on multiple hotel rooms and had a much better time hanging out in a real house as opposed to being cooped up in separate hotel rooms. At night we could all watch tv together in the living room or play games at the dining room table. We had all the comforts of home, but on vacation. So much better than a hotel. All in all we had a fabulous time and could not have asked for a better host!

My family is so glad we chose your house for our Christmas vacation in LA. We loved the shopping and food within walking distance, but we also loved that the house was such a comfortable place to hang out. We used the fireplace every day and cooked almost every night in the great kitchen. Eric was also a wonderful host from start to finish (incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible). Definitely would recommend this house as an alternative to a hotel, especially for groups that like to cook!

My husband and I stayed in this house near my in-
laws home, and I'm delighted we did. The house
was very clean and comfortable, it didn't have a
typical "hotel" smell but was instead fresh and
clean, all of the rooms were spacious and nicely
appointed, the wifi internet worked fast and
flawlessly and best of all, it is very close to nice
coffee shops and an upscale shopping mall. All in
all, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would
recommend it very highly.
