Spectacular three-bedroom, three-bath, three-level lakefront house (sleeps 8) plus adjacent separately owned cottage that may be additionally rented with house (sleeps up to 6). Gorgeous views up lake to Lake Champlain Bridge and Adirondacks. Beautiful, quite end-of-road location with 2 1/2 acres in Bridport in convenient central Vermont, 14 miles west of Middlebury. Wonderful year round home, the ideal location for your summer vacation and also winter activities. Close to Middlebury, Vergennes, Bristol etc. for fine dining and shopping. Perfect place to stay while visiting Middlebury College students and/or attending events such as parent's weeks, orientation, graduation. Light, bright, spacious rooms. Wood floors. Gentle slope to beach with boat launching access. Large level lawns perfect for entertaining, lawn games or just relaxing. Separate garage/shop. No smoking please. Well behaved dogs OK, $25/day/pet pet fee (2 dogs max).
