There is a kitchen with all the modern appliances including stove, refrigerator and microwave oven, breakfast nook/dining area, double garage, formal living area and a separate living area for the children which contains a sofa bed for additional guests. In addition there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer iron and ironing board. Every bedroom has its own cable T.V. with over 90 channels. It is fully air conditioned and has air heat for the cooler months if required. There is a hairdryer. The property also has a south facing screened pool with extended deck area including sun loungers and seating. There is a covered lanai with a fan above the seating area, the deck area has lighting including a light in the pool for swimming after sunset. The pool is surrounded by a child safety fence for added security and peace of mind.

Within a 2 minute drive there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart and other shops and there is an abundant choice of restaurants and fast food places. Along HW27 by the I4 is the Posner shopping center with Target, Best Buy, JC Penny, Dicks, Belk and much more. Going East on the I4 you can get to all major attractions in the area:- Disney theme parks are 20 minutes drive. Seaworld/Discovery cove and Aquatica is 25 minutes drive. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure is 30 minutes drive. Busch Gardens Tampa is 50 minutes drive going West on I4. Golf courses are local, Southern Dunes 2 minutes drive and Champions Gate 10 minutes drive.

Shopping & Attractions: There is an abundance of shopping for all tastes. There are 2 main outlet shopping malls, Premium outlets located off of exit 68 of I4 and Prime Outlets near Universal Studios. Walmart superstore is located 5 minutes away from the house with Publix and Target located off of HW27. The newly developed Posner Park is located at the intersection of I4 and HW27 10 minutes from the house. Some of the worlds most famous theme parks are located within 20-40 minutes from the house. These include Walt Disney World Resort, Sea World, Universal Studios and Universals Islands of Adventure, in Orlando. To the west is Busch Gardens located in Tampa about 50 minutes away.

Eating: There is a wide choice of eating places catering to any taste. These include, Mcdondalds, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC.

The house was great. It was very nicely equipped with everything we needed. Pool was very nice and heated very well for the cool days in February. It was a great location close to shopping, good resturants and theme parks. Would highly recommend this unit to all. Owners very willing to work with us on booking. Neigborhood was very quiet and well maintained.

I highly recommend this property. The owners are were nice and provided great customer service. Our rental request was last minute. We needed the property by 12/21 and contacted the owners on 12/15. They were gracious and extremely accommodating to us and make it happen for us. The property was awesome!!!. It was clean and spacious and very well maintained. The layout of the house made it possible for us to enjoy ourselves as a family as well as have privacy when needed. The subdivsion was clean, safe and not crowded. I would recommend this property to family and friends and anyone seeking a safe, clean and well maintained house for a family vacation. It was close to stores and restaurants. It was a wonderful vacation for my family.
