Great location, well equipped

A great apartment; highly recommended.
As I understood it, this studio was down the street from the one mentioned by other reviewers, replacing the other one due to rent concerns. Located on the fourth floor, it is easily accessed with an elevator.
Bright and clean and fairly spacious even for four adults (compared to a hotel room). Queen-size bed + bunk bed/futon was OK for four, and could fit five if two are fine with sharing the futon.
Towels and sheets were supplied; Boge picked up the laundry after our stay. Bathroom was clean, with a bathtub if you're so inclined. Some cleaning supplies were there. No problem with the kitchen stove, very small food preparation area, fridge works but makes loud clunking noises now and then (sounds like someone's rattling the door). Plenty of silverware and plates/bowls/glasses/cups, but may not have all the utensils you'll want. No pasta strainer, for example. And can opener was useless. But these are minor concerns.
We got three sets of keys. Grocery stores (and bars and restaurants) are close by on 3rd Ave. It's within walking distance of Grand Central Terminal and Empire State Building. In other words, it's a great location. But the tunnel from Queens exits right outside the window, so the traffic is constant and pretty loud (non-stop honking), but the air conditioner drowns out some of the noise. Most people should sleep fine.
Computer screen doubles as a TV, but it seems to be a work in progress, as there was only one cable for the TV/modem, so we had to choose whether we wanted Internet hooked up or the TV. Boge told us ahead of time that somebody would be there to hook up the Internet on Wednesday, but we noticed someone had been in the apartment without us knowing it on Friday as well. But our things were untouched, which obviously is most important.
Boge was great throughout the entire process; quick to answer my e-mails, signing the rental agreement, and providing information. Before I left for NYC he gave me his number; when we arrived, we called him, he met us outside the apartment, let us in and gave us some instructions on what to do and not to do. And that was it. He was very polite and professional.
Finally, the apartment exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay there again.
