  • Extra nights are prorated. We always give you the lower rate depending on the length of your stay.
  • Daily: $140/night (two night minimum)
    Weekly: $800/week
    Monthly: $2200/month
  • Deposits: A 50% deposit ($500.00 max) is needed to hold the rental
    for you with the balance is due upon arrival. The deposit is fully
    refundable until 72 hours before your arrival. A refundable security
    deposit of $500.00 is required for stays one month or longer.

Lovely Little Gem

This lovely little house was a perfect place to stay in San Diego. The house is unique and beautiful and the hosts are thoughtful and welcoming.The location is great for trips to Balboa Park and is just off the expressway and minutes from downtown and the airport. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and will rent again for my next San Diego trip.
Owner's Response: My partner and I built this guest house for additional space and as a place to house family and friends when they visit. This is not a converted apartment, it is a new structure we built on top of our single story detached garage. We designed the living space as if we were going to live there. We worked closely with our architects, contactors and craftsmen, all of whom are true artisans, to provide a living space that is open and fluid. If you chose to stay at our guest house we hope you will enjoy the space as much as we enjoyed building it.

Outstanding experience

We were at this rental for two months, and our stay was outstanding in all respects. This is a high end rental with all the amenities. It is in a great location-nearly everything you need within easy walking distance. It is exactly as advertised, probably better! The owners are super and very responsive(they live in a home on the property). As an indication of our satisfaction, I would note that we have already booked this rental for two and a half months next year!

A great place to rejuvenate

My partner and I have been together for 14 years and in that time we have rented many apartments in France, Germany, Belgium and Vancouver. I was drawn to this rental because of the quality of design, the light and its pet friendly. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a welcome basket and the added bonus of homemade soup. We were truly happy with our choice because we could walk to the gym, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the Hillcrest entertainment district, and Baja Betty's for wonderful Margaritas.
