Hot Springs is a great area for a family vacation with activities for all ages. Condo completed in August 2007 in gated community. Beautiful three-bedroom unit 30 feet from the water. Upscale clubhouse with pool. Boat launch on property, private boat slip comes with condo. Ten minutes from Oaklawn racetrack. Two queen bedrooms, one day-bed and trundle bed in bedroom with desk, one convertible sleeper chair. Expandable dining room table serves eight. Access to patio direct from master suite. Walk-in closets. Tank-less hot water heater. Free long-distance withint U.S. and Canada. Contemporary decor for a relaxing ambiance. Ground floor unit handicapped accessible. Primary renter must be 23 years of age or older.

This is a great place to stay! It is close to the grocery store, and near the Botanic Gardens. The neighbor next door was extremely helpful in directions and wisdom of the area. It is decorated like a real home and very comfortable. The kitchen is fantastically equiped and very pleasing for anyone's stay. If you happen to be driving from Little Rock to stay on the interstate towards Malvern it is easily accessible to Hot Springs from this location. A great Stay. Enjoy.
