Fabulous "escape" in Ucluelet

Wow, what a place...and what a setting! After three hectic days in Tofino, the Beachfront Escape was the perfect place to slow down and relax. The combination of the gorgeous facility, views (from both decks) and beach were unbeatable. We went kayaking out of the inlet, walked the Sprit Trail and just "hung out" on the deck and beach with a glass of wine. Having the new Black Rock resort and restaurant across the beach (walking distance) made for a great evening meal as well. And with our teenagers getting separate beds/rooms, that added greatly to the "peace".

We will definitely book again!

We loved this place and highly recommend it to all. Plenty of things to do in the area. Very scenic. Lots of flora, fauna and wildlife. Anyway you choose .. you win.

The long trip driving from Seattle paid off big time because this property met our every expectation for a relaxing 4th of July long weekend Holiday; we opened the front door to be greeted by a gorgous view of the West Coast of Vancouver Island....just like the picture above indicates (including perfect sunny warm weather!). In addition the unit was new, very clean and comfortable with a great kitchen, huge outdoor decks facing the water on 2 floors, a large jetted tub, BBQ.....we could go on but space does not permit. Our first time visiting Ucluelet & Tofino and this gem will not be our last.....Chris & Suzy
