Located just 50 yards to Twin Lakes Beach, overlooking the beautiful Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, it is 1 1/2 miles from Capitola and the same distance to the world famous Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk. The Sugar Shack been completely remodeled, and this is the first summer that the Sugar Shack is available on the rental market. Not only does this spacious flat have a gourmet kitchen with an open and inviting dining area, but the oversized, enlosed patio with million dollar views of the Yacht Harbor just beckons some relaxations with cocktails at Sunset.
