Relax and enjoy your vacation in our condo, which includes a living/dinning room brand new open kitchen with brand new appliances-microwave, stove, refrigerator, and other major appliances. Other amenities include air conditioning in living/dinning area as well as in all 3 bedrooms, a TV with cable in two rooms. The climate is as close to perfect ads it can get, averaging 83°F (22.7°C) in the Winter and 85°F (29.4°C) in the Summer. In other words, it's always Summer! The trade winds cool the coastal towns and the temperature decreases as you go up into the higher mountains. Puerto Rico is in the Atlantic Time Zone, but does not observe Daylight Savings Time. The island uses standard U.S. electric current. European appliances require an adapter.

Fajardo is a major boating center there are 3 marinas within walking distance (Villa Marina, Puerto Chico and Sunbay Marina) in addition there are two more marinas within 5 miles, where a wide range of sailboat and catamaran charters are available. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving, sailing, golf, tennis, casinos, horseback riding, and tours to El Yunque, the only tropical rain forest protected by the U.S. National Forest Services. We are only minutes from beautiful Seven Seas and Luquillo beaches. We are also located near the El Conquistador Resort & Casino, Fajardo Inn, Paradisus Resort, and the Westin Rio Mar Hotel. Condo was very spacious and clean and had spectacular views. The two pools were great, especially the one with th slide, Awesome place to stay for the price.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
