Great location, just half a block off Duval Street, walking distance to restaurants, the Atlantic beaches and the Southernmost Point. Casually decorated in soft pine and white, wicker furnishings and sofa sleeper in living room, this four bedroom, three and a half bath hove provides a comfortable vacation hideaway. All bedrooms and two baths are located on the second floor. The dining area and kitchen are downstairs and french doors open to a deck with an ample pool. This home is an excellent choice for family reunions and larger groups.

This home is located less than 1 block off of Duval, approximately 3 blocks from the Southernmost Point. Immaculately cared for, accommodated three adult couples easily, fresh fruit on the trees in the backyard! Our party would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

A Fabulous Vacation

The pictures do not do this charming home justice. It is absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, just off Duval but down a few blocks from the Pub Crawl, just feet from two corner bistros that are superb and an excellent Italian restaurant. Walk to everything you want to do and then take in quiet time relaxing by the pool. The backyard is phenominal - Trax decking surrounds the pool and a privacy fence surrounded by lush foliage - palms, mango trees and tropical flowers provide privacy and great scenery. We traveled with our family pet who loved the backyard area. The house was well maintained and very clean, and had everything you need for a perfect vacation. I was surprised to find sunscreen, laundry products and many extras for guests to use. Our family had a dream vacation and will be back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
