This sanctuary is located one half block from Duval Street in the heart of Old Town tucked away on a private lane. Enter the property through a secure privacy fence into the pool courtyard area. The large house towers above with high ceilings and oversized windows on both the ground floor and second story. The great room has a large sectional sofa providing ample seating as well as a convenient half bathroom. The bonus room offers an additional living area. Enjoy the BBQ grill in the fully furnished pool courtyard including a table for six under a lighted umbrella or take advantage of the full kitchen to dine at home. Joining the main living areas downstairs is the third bedroom suite . This room features two twin beds and has its own en-suite bathroom (tub). Two master suites upstairs are located on either side ot the stairs, each with its own en-suite bathroom (tub), sitting area and queen bed. Walk out the French doors from either suite to the shared balcony overlooking the pool courtyard.
