Wir sind nun schon das dritte Mal in dieser ruhigen, tadellos ausgestatteten Apartment. Immer wieder begeistert uns der Blick bir Fuerteventura. Sonne von morgens bir abends. Zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem abseits vom Trubel, läßt sich alles zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Vermieter gibt uns immer wieder neue Tips von Restaurants und Sehenwürdigkeiten. Einen Mietwagen haben wir auch über den Vermieter gebucht und das Abholen vom Flugplatz klappte wie immer gut. Einfach super zum Entspannen

Wonderful holiday apartment

Looking for high quality accommodation slightly off the beaten track, yet close to all the facilities, we found exactly the right place with Corona ll. We want to thank the owners for the friendly pick-up from the airport, the valuable tips and suggestions concerning restaurants, secluded beaches and bays, as well as areas for walking and hiking, all of which contributed to making this a very special holiday. The quality of the accommodation and fittings, as well as the general high standard of cleanliness in the apartment all deserve a special mention, and were well above average. The highlight for us however was the wonderful terrace high above the port, with superb views as far as Fuerteventura. We enjoyed every day of our stay at Corona ll, would happily recommend it to our friends, and hope to come back soon.

So hatten wir uns unseren Urlaub vorgestellt: Eine wunderschöne Lage hoch über dem Fischerhafen mit Blick über`s Meer, tägliches Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse und viel Ruhe! In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es gute Lokale, Tapas-Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das bestens ausgestattete Apartment (incl. Waschmaschine und Sat-Fernsehen) lässt keine Wünsche offen und unterscheidet sich wohltuend von sonstigen Anlagen. Der Preis ist angemessen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Wohnung in ruhiger Lage nahe Hafen, herrliche Sicht aufs Meer, kurze Wege zu guten Restaurants und gut sortierten Supermärkten. Austattung des Appartements ist bestens gepflegt, Ambiente ausgesprochen geschmackvoll, z.B. schöne Bilder im Original, offene und uneinsehbare Terrasse,
kurzum ein sehr gelungenes Feriendomizil, das ich wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Das Appartment ist ganz einfach ausgestattet,von Luxus keine Spur.
Es liegt in einer schon etwas älteren Anlage die etwas Pflege bräuchte.
Alles mehr oder weniger standard.
Der Warmwasserboiler fasst nur 15 liter,somit muss der zweite Duscher warten,bis wieder Warmwasser vorhanden ist.
Einzig die Terrasse ist schön,mit Blick über den Hafen von Puerto del Carmen.
Der Zugang ist etwas beschwerlich,erst 15 Stufen nach unten,dann 20Stufen nach oben.
Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht,
zu teuer für diese Ausstattung
Owner's Response: Der Kunde reiste an und war begeistert, sparte nicht mit Lob. Dann erlebte er 14 Tage schlechtes Wetter und läßt anschließend den Frust am Vermieter aus.Wenn ein Apartment im obersten Stock liegt, dann gibt es logischerweise Treppen, die aber keineswegs beschwerlich sind. Dafür hat man eine herrliche Panoramasicht.Die Anlage wurde eben neu gestrichen, das Apartment wird jährlich renoviert. In Lanzarote werden wegen der Wasserprobleme kleine Boiler eingebaut, um Verschwendung des entsalzten Meerwassers zu vermeiden. Wir haben viele Kunden, die jedes Jahr wiederkommen, das wäre nicht so, wenn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmen würde.Sehr subjektive Bewertung.
