The Dirty Face Lodge is situated on 3 wooded acres in the desirable Whispering Pines neighborhood with over 5,000 square feet and 10 well-appointed private bedrooms that can easily accommodate corporate retreats, family reunions, large family gatherings, small weddings or just a mountain getaway. We take pride in The Dirty Face Lodge and love it for our own family events. There is a legacy at The Dirty Face Lodge. Many families come year after year to reunite, gather, and explore. Notes: There are two massive and cozy fireplaces, a large and inviting great room, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a sitting room with large dining table, and a covered 8 person hot tub and large sparkling pool. We have two plasma TV/DVD/VCR players and an expansive movie library. A covered sitting porch to take in the mountain air and gaze at the stars is located on the second floor. Lastly, there is also a reading balcony with chairs and large book library.

Area Attractions:: Snow Activities: We are an easy 20 minute drive to one of the best ski slopes in Washington State, Stevens Pass. We are in walking distance to Wenatchee National Forest with hundreds of miles of snowmobiling and groomed cross-country skiing and sledding. Leavenworth has an affordable 'ski hill' that is ideal for kids with beginner level rope tows and an intermediate level tube hill. It is also a base point for cross country ski trails. Fishing: We are in easy walking distance to Lake Wenatchee and 5 minutes from Fish Lake, known for it's feisty rainbow and large brown trout. The Wenatchee River, just re-opened for Steelhead fishing after a 15 year hiatus, runs throughout the area, not to mention hundreds of mountain lakes and streams within a 30 mile radius.

Hiking: Hiking opportunities are endless. Trail heads are along the ridges, rivers and lakes throughout Chelan County. You can take in some amazing views of the picturesque Alp-like Cascade Range that surrounds Leavenworth. Literally some of the best hiking the Pacific Northwest has to offer is right out Dirty Face Lodge’s door. Relaxing: The lodge has 2 massive stone fireplaces to warm your feet. Magical Family Christmas

We spent our family christmas at the dirty face lodge this year. What a wonderful time we had. Plenty of room for the whole family. We enjoyed leavenworth and the town lighting.

The lodge made our family christmas so special, everyone came. It really was a picture perfect christmas.

The lodge is so family friendly. It was warm and welcoming from the first minute through the door.. When it was time to leave we felt like we were leaving our own home. Next year we will stay a week.

Thank you again for making our family christmas magical.

Great place for a large group

We have a group of 24, six families. Most of the adults went to high school together. We rented the lodge 2 years in a row over New Years Eve with all of our families. Most of the kids are teenageers. The smaller house is great for all of the kids. We have had great sledding both years. We would highly recommend the lodge. It is a very comfortable lodge and a beautiful area.

Great place for our large family to get together. Close to all the activities we were interested in. Classic lodge appeal and luxurious beds.

Awesome fireplaces and wonderful log/beam construction of the lodge.

The property afforded lots to do for our whole family.
