La Brisa Condominiums are located in front of Smathers Beach on South Roosevelt Boulevard. The complex has extensive tropically landscaped grounds, a pool with outside spa, saunas and tennis court. This unit in the East building, features a fully equipped kitchen, central air/heat, 3 cable televisions, VCR, stereo with CD player, washer / dryer, elevator excess and security entry. There is one reserved parking space.
