We are located on the north shore of PEI the area known as Anne's Land in celebration of the novel Anne of Green Gables and the author Lucy Maud Montgomery. Cavendish just five minutes away is the home of Green Gables, the historic home, Avonlee Village, amusement parks, water parks, shopping, and of course the famous Cavendish Beach located in the National Park. Plenty of activities for the family. Five of PEI 's top golf courses are under 10 minutes from our summer home. Head to North Rustico five minutes the other direction and watch the lobster fishers bring in their daily catch. In August the tuna season begins, and catch the excitement as 900 lb tunas are brought in. The village offers everything you need, restaurants, liquor/beer stores, pharmacy,bakery, grocery stores, deep sea fishing, biking, kayaking and walking the famous boardwalk. We are a 25 minute drive to the city of Charlottetown which offers everything from fine dining to historic walking tours to fine art galleries.
