A top quality 3 Bedroom & 2.5 bathroom town home located in the new Regal Oaks Resort at Old Town. Home comforts just minutes from the magical world of Disney. This new vacation town home is located 200 yards walking distance from the superb 'Old Town' Shopping, Dining & Entertainment Attraction Resort which has over 75 speciality shops, weekly car parades and live entertainment. The vacation home has a family room with cable TV, spacious fully equipped kitchen and formal dining area. There is also Internet access. Spacious master bedroom with a King Size Bed and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with twin beds.The second bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and the master bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa. All linens and towels are provided. The home is fully air conditioned and includes a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, fully equipped kitchen and telephone with free local calls. We also have another similar property directly facing this.

This is a great location within walking distance of Kissimmee Old Town and restaurants. Close to the I4 for driving to all parks ( car is needed if going further than old town). Keith the owner replied quickly by email and was very helpful as we had never stayed near Kissimmee before. The only downside to it was the management company out there they charged us $113(for 10 days) as a resort fee, this was for use of the pool. (As nothing else is there) Keith had said it was his understanding it was a pay as you use $10 plus tax per day, which we told them. But they said we had to pay it all.(we never used it once). The management company changed while we were out there and new one seemed to be fine.

If we come back to Kissimmee area I would not hesitate in contacting Keith to stop in one of his properties again.
