Great view of the surrounding lake with a western lanai view of beautiful sunsets. This property is just off I-75, minutes from Vandebilt Beach, with plenty of shopping close by and great restaurants less than 10 minutes away. The club house has fine dining, fitness center, tennis courts, pool and spa. The apartment was constructed in 2003 and renovated in 2008 with granite counter tops, crown moulding, HD flat screen TVs in family room and each bedroom, built in under counter wine cooler, and much more.
