This newly-built and beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 3 bath home Is located on a deep-water canal with dock, lift and quick and easy access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico, and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It is completely equipped for comfort, with a full kitchen, dining area, screened porch and patio, master bedroom with king-sized bed and bath, and guest bedroom with queen bed, twin trundle bed and bath. A ground level den offers full-sized sofa bed, full bath, flat screen TV and wet bar with direct access to patio and dock. Bayou views and a short walk to the beach and village are icing on the cake.

Great house, location, and boatable waterfront

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a beautiful place to spend our honeymoon. Very upscale and nicely done. The dock and boat lift worked great for our boat. The location was perfect for us. We dreamed of buying the property, but are not in the market right now. The homeowners made special effort that everything went smoothly.

Boca Grande was also a great place to get married by the way. The off-season was a great time to be on the island, we almost had the island to ourselves. The restaurant choices were limited, but reccommend South Beach.

Best equipped place we've ever rented

The place is adorable - very comfy and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has absolutely everything. The bedrooms/den all have TVs. The boat lift was a bonus. Easy access down the canal and out to the Bay in a few minutes. Marina is right around the corner for fuel, bait, etc. We also brought our bikes - Boca Grande has the best bike paths! We will definiitely rent again.

Spent two weeks in this lovely home. Very well equipped - great for two couples - so convenient to town you can walk. Great place to stay if you bring a boat.
