Condo is the penthouse, situated at the top of the terraced building, so that entry is conveniently at ground level. Full kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony in master bedroom, communal swimming pool with plenty of tables, chairs, and BBQ. Stunning ocean views from living / dining rooms, and from two bedrooms. La Costera, the main avenue with shops and restaurants, is less than five minutes away by car. Walking is possible for those who are fit, and don't mind walking downhill in Acapulco's warm weather. The Hyatt Regency Hotel is close by, with beach access and readily available taxis. Fully furnished, includes daily maid service, and two parking spaces. On-site, English-speaking penthouse manager is available for calling taxis and general assistance.
