Aloha! A paradise that must be experienced to believe, Ali’i Kai I condominiums are situated at the end of a quiet road on Kauai’s North Shore cliffs. In the morning awaken to tropical birds and rainbows outside both bedroom windows and lanai on the top floor of a two-story condominium overlooking a rain forest canyon. Just beyond, view the island’s shear mountains with waterfalls, ocean and the famous Bali Hai of 'South Pacific'. This is a whale, turtle, dolphin and bird watcher’s paradise. The large 1,200+ condominium feels like home as soon as you walk in the door. Eat breakfast on the lanai or at the breakfast table watching for whales (November to May). No wonder in Hawaiian this location is called Ali’i Kai 'An Ocean for Royalty'.
