Our house is located at the edge of Gruissan in a holiday complex that was built in 1998. The lovingly furnished holiday apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and toilet on the upper floor. The completely furnished kitchen is located on the ground floor along with the living area and separate washroom. Two terraces are perfect for relaxation. The pool is opened from the middle of May to the middle of October.

Wir haben unser Urlaubsdomizil, genau wie vom Vermieter sehr ausführlich beschrieben, angetroffen. Ein sehr hübsches und gepflegtes Häuschen. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist optimal. Ein paar Meter zur Lagune mit Strand. Eine schöne, lange Promenade zum Hafen und zu den Restaurants, in denen wir sehr gut gegessen haben (u.a. ein Paradies für Austern- und Muschelfreunde). Die Lage von Gruissan ist einfach wunderschön. Den 3 x wöchentlichen Markt haben wir immer besucht. Dort gibt es alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Die beiden Strände Plage de Mataille (dort gibt es leider keine Toiletten, Duschen und Lokale) und Plage des Chalet sind riesengroß und sehr sauber (ideal für Kinder, da eine breite, seichte Uferzone vorhanden). Es gibt dort sogar einen separaten Strand für Surfer (Plage de la Vielle Nouvelle). Die Gegend ist ideal für Radfahrer aller Ansprüche geeignet. Ein Ausflug mit dem Auto durch die Corbieren (Katharerland mit Burgen) ist sehr empfehlenswert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Auch in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Ferienanlage. Wir können einen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

Gemütliches Feriendomizil

Man merkt an der liebevollen Einrichtung und Ausstattung, dass es sich nicht um ein gewinnorientiertes Abschreibungsobjekt handelt, sondern um ein Ferienhaus, dass die Eigentümer selbst nutzen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Beschreibung und die bisherigen Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen. Einen einzigen Wermutstropfen gibt es jedoch auch zu verzeichnen, für den natürlich der Vermieter nichts kann. Mit Beginn der Saison war der Lärm der nahe gelegenen Discothek (ca. 250 m) so unerträglich, dass an Schlafen nicht zu denken war. Teilweise wurde es erst nach 05.00 Uhr ruhig.

Großartige Ferien in Gruissan

Gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern (5J., 3J, 5M) verbrachten wir zwei tolle Wochen in Südfrankreich. Das Haus fanden wir genau wie beschrieben vor - petit mais jolie!

Bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was unser Herz begehrte, dazu sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt! Die Lage dieses schönen Häuschens ist einfach traumhaft: wenige Schritte bis zum Strand, ein sauberer Pool quasi vor der Tür, verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem ausreichend ruhig gelegen.

In der weiteren Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche interessante Ausflugsziele für groß und klein. (Bspw. Carcasonne, Narbonne und Beziers oder auch der Safari-Park in Segean, den wir allerdings mit 24,-€/Erwachsenen und 19,-€/Kind recht teuer fanden)
Direkt vor Ort machten wir kleiner Spaziergänge zum schönen Hafen oder einfach die Promenade am Strand entlang.

Uns allen hat es insgesamt so gut gefallen, dass wir Gruissan bestimmt noch öfter besuchen werden - und gerne wieder "petit mais jolie" wohnen würden!
