The house is in the Naples Park - about 6 min drive to Ritz and the Vanderbilt Beach. House is newly furnished. All towels, linens and beach towels will be provided for you convenience. Also dishes, plates, silverware, coffee maker, blender, cookware, pots, vine glasses etc are available. You'll have new gas grill outside by the pool. Also, beach umbrella, sand chairs, cooler and beach towels will be provided to take with you to the beach.

Superb, relaxing stay in Naples Park

The house is on the sunny side of one of Naples Park's quiet streets. It still looks and feels very new - as some of the other reviewers have reported, and the interior furnishings are of a high standard. The pool is bigger than most we've used (and we've stayed at a few rental properties in the Naples area), but the outdoor dining furniture is getting a little tired, and the lanai would benefit from a ceiling fan (minor niggles for us). The house also benefits from being easy walking distance to SushiThai and Randy's Fish Market - excellent local restaurants, and less than 5min drive to both Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins beaches. Roman (the agent) was a joy to deal with and responded helpfully to all of our queries before and during our stay - even installing an additional TV in the master bedroom. The maid service also responded fantastically to help us when we foolishly locked ourselves out one day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will add this property to our favourites.

What a wonderful week we had! The house was even nicer than in the pictures. So new, pleasant and tasteful, so comfortable and tidy! Also, the pool was great! We really enjoyed our vacation over there. Thank you!

Family had a wonderful vacation

The home was very close to the beach , shopping and restaurants .
Our son would have swam in the pool all week and been happy .
Home is well stocked , the beach chairs , umbrella , and the pool toys were a great bonus !
The beds were the most comfortable beds in any rental we've ever stayed - what a refreshing surprise . Thank you for making our vacation so nice and I certainly hope we are back again soon .

This house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Everything is new, everything was perfectly clean when we got there. The deor was amazing, it really felt like home. The beach is a 5 minute car ride which was perfect!
An amazing stay! I recommend it greatly!
