Our quiet, family guest house is located just a few minutes from the center of Berchtesgaden. From our house, one has a beautiful view of Berchtesgaden and the mountains. The bus stop is just 150 m, there is a sled run during the winter and hiking paths directly out the door.

Ski: Our house lies surrounded by 4 ski areas (900 - 1,900 meters) with an altitude of 650 meter. In 5 - 20 minutes by car you can reach each area. There are beginner slopes and family ski-runs as well as world cup ski-runs. For the long runs there are long ski-tracks (80 km). A snow guarantee is given from the months of December to March.
