Escape to this newly updated “Cottage By The Sea”. Its charm is enhanced by the new hardwood floors throughout the first floor, new carpet on second floor and all new mattresses comforters and pillows. This four bedroom cottage is ideal for multi-family vacationing, sleeping 10 people, with two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor and the same on the second floor. One of the second floor rooms offers a unique, large family bedroom which sleeps four (1 queen and 2 twin beds). The private back yard and deck with retractable awning extends your living space outside. You can park your car in the driveway upon arriving on your vacation and leave it there until you head home. Walk two blocks to the beach or one block to Bay Village, Fantasy Island Amusements, and the many restaurants and shops of Beach Haven. This oceanside cottage includes ceiling fans, air conditioning units in every room, 3 televisions, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, microwave, dishwasher and beach badges.

Our second floor has a beautiful bedroom suite which will accommodate an entire family and consists of a queen size and two twin beds. The remaining fourth bedroom has two twin size beds as well. All mattresses, box springs, pillows and comforters on the beds are new (10/2008).

Great Vacation!

This rental property was absolutely wonderful. You always get nervous booking something online but this rental looks exactly like the pictures. We truly enjoyed ourselves as we were close to the beach (2 1/2 block walk) and about the same distance to the bay where they had a great little playground for our 15 month old daughter. Very close to the Fantasy Island Amusement Park but it was only open one night that we were on vacation due to us traveling after Labor Day. Beach Haven seems a bit seasonal but we wanted to go off season as the beaches were definitely less crowded as this was our first time taking our daughter to the beach. We would definitely rent in Beach Haven again and this house would be perfect for years to come for our family!

We love the cottage by the sea!

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation! The cottage by the sea was clean and comfortable. We felt totally at home. We especially loved the awesome outdoor shower. The beach is just 2 short blocks away and the amusement park is across the street! There is a great playground close by (on the bay) that our 2 yr old loved, and a bunch of shopping and restaurants. We never had to get in the car! We can't wait to go back again!
