Quietly located in an American neighbourhood, our 160 m² house has everything that makes a holiday a pleasant holiday. The 1,500 m² property is bordered on two sides by canals (south west location), which leads you directly to the Gulf of Mexico. A lovely pool area with a 5 x 10 m pool is perfect for lazing around.

Cape Coral is the perfect starting point for activities of all sorts. Because of its 640 km of canals, Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America. If you want you can rent an boat which brings you in an few minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Our house is located in the Yacht Club area next to the beach, restaurants, shopping centers and last but not least it is near the bridge which leads to Ft. Myers.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Bereits einige Male hatten wir die Gelegenheit im Hause H. die schönste Zeit des Jahres zu verbringen.

Die Informationen im Internet stimmen 1:1 überein. Erwähnenswert ist auch die gute sichere Wohngegend.

Wir können das Feriendomizil bestens weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer und der Verwaltung vor Ort ist sehr gut, sehr persönlich. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gute Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko hat uns zu einer Bootsmiete verführen lassen. Die kurze Fahrt durch die schönen Kanäle ist bereits ein Erlebnis.

Es bieten sich sehr viele Tagesausflüge an, nach denen man wieder gerne in das ruhige Quartier zurückkehrt.
Uns hat besonders Engelwood, Port Charlotte, Sanibel Island, Naples
und und und gefallen. Natürlich gehört auch unermüdliches Shoppen zur Feriengestaltung.

Wir hoffen, dass wir im Jahr 2010 wieder an diesen schönen Ort reisen können.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in einer super Lage.
Die Kontakt vor Ort ist super.
Es ist auch wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Würde es sofort wieder buchen.

Nicht lange überlegen, einfach buchen.
Es lohnt sich.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung sind sehr genau.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet,sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die ruhige Lage ist zur Erholung bestens geeignet.
Die Betreuung vor den Ferien sowie vor Ort war ausgezeichnet.
Ferien in der Villa Pinecrest sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden die Villa jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

...wir haben eine wunderschöne zeit verbracht - lage und ausstattung sehr gut, allgemeinzustand gut; wir haben genau das vorgefunden, was uns "versprochen" wurde! wir können dieses feriendomizil jedem weiterempfehlen - es ist ein sehr gemütliches, funktionelles haus mit charme. man hat jeden tag das gefühl nach hause zu kommen. die im haus aufliegenden infomappen geben eine enorme auswahl an restaurants (unser favorit: moretti´s seafood restaurant), shopping möglichkeiten etc. am abreisetag haben wir noch einen halben tag im winter estate von edison&ford verbracht (sehr beeindruckend!). die räder haben wir nie benutzt, aber wir waren jeden tag im pool schwimmen - ein traum!
für uns war dieser urlaub die perfekte kombination aus entspannung, golf spielen und ein wenig die umgebung erkunden.
wir werden gerne wieder hierher kommen, um einen rundum gelungenen urlaub zu verbringen - was schwierig sein wird, da es viele "wiederholungstäter" gibt und wir diesmal glück hatten, da kurzfristig jemand ausgefallen ist.
zusätzlich war es für uns auch deshalb ein traum, da wir das gesamte haus nur zu zweit nutzten - es ist aber auf jeden fall für mehrere personen perfekt geeignet!
wir empfehlen: rechtzeitig buchen!

Durch den Vermieter wie auch den Betreuer waren wir sehr gut vorbreitet und betreut(5)
Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus "jederzeit" an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen(5)
Das Haus hat eine sehr gute zentrale Lage mit entsprechend kurzen Wegen nach allen Richtungen in Südwestflorida(5)
Das Preis- Leistungverhältnis stimmt abolut überein(5)
