Modern full kitchen boasts granite countertops, new appliances, full dining area and breakfast bar. Laundry room includes both full-size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms furnished with king size beds, ceiling fans and double glass slidders to the deck. Watch the exotic intercostal sunsets and then awaken to the sailboats and dolphins while lying in your king-size bed. Queen-size blow up air mattress for kids or guests.

New Lobby-Outside Kitchen-Recreation area: Assigned underground secured parking with a private elevator that takes you to your condo's front door. Huge outside pool, putting green, bocci court, fountain, fire pit, garden walk and covered outside kitchen with grills, ice makers and sinks. One block from the beach. Located between bustling Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine where there you will find hundreds of shops and restaurants. A sixty minute drive brings you to Disney or just drive on the beach to find your special spot in paradise.

Dolphins and Sunsets: The 500 foot wrap around outside 4th floor deck is a magnificent feature that allows you to enjoy the front ocean views and then walk around to enjoy the back intercoastal views. This is great way to have your breakfast and watch the dolphins in the morning and relax with a cocktail to enjoy the beautiful orange and yellow sunset over the intercoastal. If you are luck you can see the migrating whales. The ocean is visible from the living room, dining room and the kitchen, while the lagoon and intercoastal views are actually visible while laying in your bed.

Beautiful condo with the best views in town

The condo was very updated with all the extras needed already there for a enjoyable stay. From glass martini glasses and shakers to a blender and coffee bean grinder. Kitchen was newly updated with granite countertops and the views of both the ocean and the intercostal were amazing. Our biggest surprise was when we saw the new outside pool area that was not mentioned in our ad, it had a new outside kitchen, grills, sinks, new deck, a water fountain, putting green, a fire pit and even a Bocci Ball court.

This across A1A to the beach and a short drive to either Daytona or St. Augistine. Orlando is about 70 minutes away. Nice relaxing area and a deck that goes on forever.
