Relax in this house on the hill in Great Barrington where you can walk to town or Lake Mansfeild. Both are less than three blocks away. You can also ride your bike, kayak, hike on the Appalacian Trail or other marked trails. Excellent family skiing/ snowboarding at one of three Mountains in the area.(Butternut, Catamount or Jiminy Peak) Wonderful fall foliage. There is something to do in all seasons. Eclectic town with many one of a kind shops and restaurants. You are close to Tanglewood, Norman Rockville Museum, Stockbrige, a local airport, and a major airports at Spingfield MA 1hr. or Albany NY 50 Min. Driving time from NYC 3hrs.
