Tropical Paradise is only steps away with the 5 bedroom 4 bath waterfront home. Waterfront both in front and back for privacy. Only minutes from beaches, downtown, airport and casinos. The best part about our vacation home is the breathtaking back yard with exotic foliage surrounding two rock waterfalls cascading into a heated spa and pool. A perfect place to entertain and relax at the same time. Our home is 3850 sq feet under air/heat with all rooms spacious. Home was built in 2007. Huge big screen TV with surround sound both inside and around pool area. Dream Kitchen with two refrigerators. As a BONUS! we are offering all our weekly rentals a complementary cruise on our motor yacht up the intra-coastal waterway to see the sites and view the mansions of celebrities. A trip worth seeing! Wireless internet, washer and dryer and much more. For those that are boaters, bring your boat and dock at our super reinforced dock while vacationing.

I visited Ft. Lauderdale with a large group and this house was the perfect place for us! The cruise was a highlight of our trip, we had an amazing afternoon with our hosts. The pool and hot tub were perfect for days we wanted to relax at home, but the house was so centrally located that we were able to travel to area beaches and to Miami with relative ease. The accommodations were top notch and immaculately clean, and having a professional kitchen made cooking at home very easy. After our experience here, I would quickly recommend this house to anyone.
