Vintage (1930's), Art Deco, fully equipped and restored apartment, located in the very heart of Old San Juan, on the main square, Plaza de Armas, across from City Hall. Only residential building on the Plaza. 24-hr open-air cafe downstairs. Front porch with great views of Old SJ, including the Bay: see cruise ships come in and out, a magnificent scene! Elevator, wi-fi, laundry, high-ceilings, TV, CD player, home theater, A/C, etc. Very safe. Executive rental. Steps to supermarket, pharmacies, taxis, shops, restaurants, hotels, historic sites, government offices, hotels, cruise ships, nightlife, pubs, discos, live theaters, video club, ice cream parlors, jogging trails, tennis and basket courts, etc. Free trolley around the old city; parking and bus terminal nearby. All utilities, along with bi-weekly maid service, included. Building has a policy of 1-Month minimum rental; if staying for less time, tenant will then have to pay for full month, sorry! Long-Terms Welcome!

Old San Juan (Spanish: 'Viejo San Juan') is one of the oldest settlements in the Americas, it's origins dating back to the 16th century, and it is the historic colonial section of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Old San Juan is located on a small island connected to the mainland of Puerto Rico by bridges and a causeway. Just a 10-min. drive from Condado or Ocean Park. The district is also characterized by numerous public plazas and churches including the Cathedral of San Juan Bautista, which contains the tomb of the Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de León. With its abundance of shops, historic places, museums, open air cafés, restaurants, clubs, gracious homes, tree-shaded plazas, and its old beauty and architectonical peculiarity, Old San Juan is the main spot in PR for international and local tourism. A free tourist trolley serves the old city. The centuries-old Morro Fort complex is just a few blocks away.

The location of this two bedroom , apartment together with the owners helpful and attentive help and suggestions made our stay successful and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed looking down from the balcony early mornings and watching the city wake up.
I recommend this apartment where location and comfort are needed.
