Luxury NEW condos, 3 minutes walk to secluded white sand Playa Penca. At low tide one can walk along the ocean to other beaches: Prieta, Dante, Pan de Azucar, Potrero. In surrounding trees you can see various birds and even monkeys, yet there are small stores, restaurants, Internet-cafe within minutes walking distance. More fine restaurants, bars, dancing, gambling, etc. are in Flamingo 10 minutes drive. Liberia international airport is 40 minutes away. Vulacano is 3 hours away, it is active every day, hot spas. You can enjoy picturesque local nature, and take organized tours, to jungle, volcanoes, lakes, rivers, rafting, fishing, snorkeling, scuba-diving, etc. Gated gardens are manicured with wonderful central pool with jacuzzi Condos have tiles throughout,high quality stainless appliances and furniture, air conditioning and 4 ceiling fans.
