This 1600sqft private accommodation features two balconies plus a 700sqft rooftop patio with breathtaking views of downtown Victoria and the Gorge waterway. New granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring, plus two living areas off each bedroom, provides all the comforts of home. Very easy access to the Victoria harbour ferry and busses. Within minites you can be wherever you want in the city or on your way to the numerous attractions all over the greater Victoria area. This townhouse is perfect for a beautiful getaway for two, or four sharing your Victoria experience with another couple while still enjoying your own space and privacy. Also a great place for families as there is lots of room, full laundry room, easy parking and the property sits on a parklike setting so the little ones can feed the ducks!

Notes: Our town home is very spacious, the master bedroom has a very large walk-in built-in closet. There is also a large laundry room. There are 3 patios with the largest being 700 sq feet overlooking the Gorge Waterway and downtown. There is a pub on the corner with great food, or you can walk, kayak or bike from your doorstep to the mall only 1.5 km away.

A very comfortable townhome in Victoria, BC

Victoria is a beautiful city, and I, PJ, took my 3 daughters ages 11, 13 and 18 there for a New Years trip. I am the girls father. My favorite place to go in Victoria are: Swans Brew Pub, Royal Canadian Museum, Craig Darroch Castle, Fort Rodd, and Point Ellice house.

When we go on trips together, we love renting a house, townhouse or condo because of the ability to easily prepare meals and relax in a living room together. You know: put on the sweats and slippers and turn on a movie, or, play a board game together.

This townhouse housed us very comfortably. It was quiet, spacious and clean and appeared to be like new. The kitchen was completly equipped. The living room has leather furniture that was very comfortable. Since we came in the winter, we were, unfortuneately, unable to take advantage of the great looking patio with a view of the water - it sounded like it would be great for a family bar be que.

The property is located near shopping, and very close to downtown Victoria.

The owner of the property is quite friendly and easy to do business with.

The home has great views of the gorge, and a great walk is just 10 minutes away.

A lovely, bright and fresh home away from home.
Ideal for the family who needs lots of space, and will
appreciate the high end finishes. We rented bikes
and it was close to bike paths and was a short ride to
the Inner Harbor. Would definitely recommend!

Traveling with three children, the townhome was PERFECT for our family. Clean, quiet and plenty of room, we had everything we needed. Being a short walk to the local grocery, Tim Horton's :), the inner harbor and blocks from the bus stop, the location was also ideal. Many thanks to Deidre for making us feel welcome and giving us some insight on local destinations. We enjoyed every minute of it.
