This home was freshly painted and redecorated after the 2009 season. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Located in popular community of Bethany West, just across the community street from the front pool, tennis, playground and basketball court. Great location, Bike or walk to the beach. It's on trolley line run by town of Bethany Beach. Also you get 2 beachside parking permits to park in town (if the town is providing such service). 2 Swimming Pools and 8 tennis courts in this enjoyable Bethany Beach community. Walking distance to the beach, less than 1 mile to the sand. Central air. Front large wrap around deck and rear screened porch for your out door enjoyment. Charcoal grill. Out side shower. No pets allowed, no smoking allowed. However the owner occasionally has pets in the house. High speed wireless internet access, free long distance and local phone service.
