Brand new building Two bedrooms with terrace...in between the hallway to the bedrooms.. With avenue or courtyard views depending on availablility... Washer and dryer in suite... Two full size beds, one couch pull out, one queen size bed.... Two televisions cable included...dvd player The building is hard wired just bring your own ethernet cable. Or just bring your wi-fi cards we have our own network for your convenience. Sleep 7 to 8 people... ***some require privacy and do not want terrace or patios we have these type of two bedrooms as well on the ground and second floors for your convenience. It’s a first come first serve basis.. ***linen, towels, kitchen utensils and dishes, cups included*** New stainless steel appliances... Central air and heating included... Oh yes and two blocks to two different trains depending on which way you go. Or where in manhattan you want to be in 10 to 15 minutes.

How Close We are to Everything: The L train is 3 blocks my brother says two. We argue as to who gets to it faster showing Vacationers. This L train is the most convenient and quickest train to Manhattan. It intersects Manhattan puts your right in the center in minutes. Look how close we are to the train and to Manhattan from that train. Ok? Ready? Now please look at the way the L train in a few stops connects to the C and A trains. Now look how we are or rather how easy it is to get to JFK Airport by train. I am sorry we can not bring you in the airport, but you cannot get any closer by train. My question is if we just built it why stay anywhere else. We are all inclusive. Come stay with Family. We are all Cousins one way or another and would love to have you visit.

Thanks so much for your patience with us. We really appreciate the convenient lay out. Handicap accessible is an understatement. The children loved the lower level sleeping more soundly than ever. We travel often and the accomodations were one of the best if not the best. We have recommended you to our friends and will be back. My parents said thanks especially. Yes they made me write it immiediately in gratitude. Happy Holidays to you guys.

1 Week before arrival we got an e-mail that everything is alright and that het(he owner) offers us another appartment. We asked why and got no answer. 2 days before the arrival we got an email that our stay is cancelled because they don't own the house anymore. They offered us no really others possibilities. They promised us to transfer the 50% deposit in between 72 hours but until now (after 2 weeks) we have got only 10% back and no answers to our e-mails. This accomondation is not friendly and serious at all.

We cant thank you guys enough. Both of you were most attentive to our family and myself especially. We appreciated the time you took to show us how to work everything. It was a warm stay I will be coming back later in the year do keep a few suites on reserve.
