Entirely renovated in '07 with new appliances, flat-panel TVs, furniture, fixtures, baths, flooring, and in-ground heated pool, it sleeps 6 comfortably, and up to 8 including sofa bed. The property is adjacent to a tropical nature preserve, which offers privacy for your vacation, not found in condos, townhomes or even most other single-family house rentals (you’re on Boca Grande to escape everyday life – don’t stay in a place where you’ll be disturbed by others). Enjoy meals on the screened-in lanai overlooking the new secluded heated pool which starts at zero depth, ideal for small children, reaching 5 feet for adults. One minute walk to the best Gulf beaches, great for swimming or shelling. Located on south end of Gasparilla Island which is secluded and offers the best beaches on the island (as our guest you have legal access to a private footpath leading to the beach). Only 15 min walk to town or travel like the locals on golf carts which is only a 5 minute ride (carts and bikes can be rented in town). Gasparilla Island offers great restaurants for fine dining or a casual lunch. Visitors say the island has a charm of traditional Florida that can't be found anywhere else. Great place for snow birds to relax or for couples with young children who want to spend quality time at the beach, pool or riding bikes.
