Beautiful beachfront house situated on white sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with extraordinary sunset view 17.5 km east of Progreso, in the Yucatan Peninsula. Only 30 min north of the capital city of Merida. This 4 bedroom, 5 bath makes this a perfect vacation home for a larger group or family, sleeping 8 people very comfortably. It is also ideal for couples looking for privacy. The beach provides a unique, romantic setting for special events or just for relaxing. There is a large terrace for a perfect entertaining, or just admiring the view. There is a beachfront swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed with A/C, and two with two single size beds with ceiling fans. In addition, all rooms have hammock hooks, ideal for an afternoon siesta.* The Kitchen can be stocked with your favorites foods and beverages prior to your arrival - please ask for further details.
